Kazakhstan’s government is considering allowing casinos in additional regions as part of a review of tourism regulations, Tourism and Sports Minister Yerbol Myrzabosynov said, according to media reports. Possible locations include Mangystau, Panfilov, Talgar, Markakol and Zaysan; no final decision has been made. The minister said casinos in any new zones would admit foreign passport holders only.
Spain’s Ministry of Social Rights, Consumer Affairs and the 2030 Agenda and the Autonomous City of Ceuta extended their agreement linking their gambling self-exclusion registers, according to the published addendum. The four-year extension runs until 8 November 2030. The agreement enables automated information exchange so registrations in one jurisdiction are recognised in the other.

The agreement concerns the interconnection of their respective registers of people entered in the prohibited-persons registers. The addendum adds four years to the original agreement, signed in November 2022, and sets 8 November 2030 as the new end date.
Mendoza, San Juan and San Luis signed an agreement to make voluntary gambling self-exclusions apply across all three Argentine provinces, according to the report. The system will cover physical casinos and authorised online platforms, and the regulators have up to 120 days to integrate their systems and implement secure information sharing.
