Regulation

ABC-BET issued a statement responding to the Brazilian president’s remarks on betting and presented data about the regulated market. It also called for a distinction between authorised operators and illegal platforms.

The association’s figures and policy arguments may shape debate over betting taxation, health funding and enforcement in Brazil.
