711 Group said on Monday that its Malta subsidiary, 711 Malta Limited, had received a licence from the Malta Gaming Authority. The company said it would provide details later about the launch of 711casino.com, including its available markets and games.

Gaming1 agreed to acquire all shares in Pac-Man NV, the parent company of Carousel Group, for an undisclosed sum. Once completed, the deal will give Gaming1 control of Pac-Man NV’s Belgian licence and digital operations; the company said no employees will transfer.

Bragg Gaming Group withdrew its 2026 financial guidance after revenue for the three months ended 30 June fell 12% year on year to €22.9 million. Adjusted EBITDA was €3.5 million, while net loss widened to €2.9 million. The company said it withdrew its outlook because it lacked sufficient operating history for the combined business following its Drayton International acquisition.
The Netherlands’ KSA said TOTO Online breached role-model advertising rules through a campaign promoted by eight professional football clubs on social media. The promotion offered a signed club shirt to people placing a €5 bet, and the regulator said using players’ signatures made the athletes indirect promotional figures; it warned of closer advertising supervision around the World Cup.
The KSA has taken action against TOTO Online and 711 for licence breaches. TOTO Online received a warning, while 711 received a fine.
