Spain’s state lottery operator SELAE awarded EssenceMediacom Iberia an advertising contract worth €48.4 million, according to the report. The contract covers promotion of SELAE games this year; the report says the evaluation cited a strategy to rejuvenate the target audience for EuroDreams.
