Reportedly, the Asociación de Juego Online de Melilla (AJOM) and the region's innovation ministry have presented two new editions of a specialised customer-service training course for online gambling. Each 60-hour edition runs in November and December, taught in person at UNED Melilla by BRAIDA, covering player and account management, payments, fraud detection, regulation and responsible gambling.
