Aragon’s Tribunal for the Defence of Competition advised against accepting objections to provisions on gaming machines in hospitality venues in the proposed regional gambling regulation. The tribunal said the objections could create significant entry barriers for other operators without justification on public-interest grounds; its report was approved on 29 May 2026 and made public on 9 June.
