The Piedmont Regional Administrative Court ended a dispute over a police licence for VLT operations in Casale Monferrato after Alessandria police withdrew their refusal and granted the authorisation. The court rejected the operator’s claims for delay compensation and damages, but ordered the Interior Ministry and Alessandria police to pay €1,200 plus legal costs for half the court expenses.
