Spain’s Supreme Court admitted El Prat de Llobregat’s appeal over municipal planning restrictions on new gambling venues, according to the report. The appeal follows a Catalan High Court ruling that annulled part of the municipality’s rules; the Supreme Court will consider the boundary between municipal planning powers and regional gambling regulation.
