- Super Technologies agrees to acquire MaxBet Online operations in Romania and Malta
Super Technologies has agreed to acquire MaxBet Online’s Romanian and Maltese operations, subject to approval by Romania’s Competition Council. The company said the transaction supports its consolidation strategy in Central and Eastern Europe. MaxBet Online chief executive Manuel Bauer said integration would be the next stage for the brand.
