- Oregon Lottery updates retailers on prize payments and ticket procedures
The Oregon Lottery’s 2026 autumn retailer bulletin reminded retailers to invalidate paid winning Video Lottery tickets and return non-winning Scratch-it tickets to players. It also said retailers may now pay prizes by money order without charging a fee, although using that method is optional.
