- California approves cardroom rules restricting player-dealer games
California’s Office of Administrative Law approved new cardroom rules, which are due to take effect on 1 April, reportedly. The rules tighten limits on player-dealer games, and cardrooms must report plans to change their games by 31 May 2026. Club One Casino owner Kyle Kirkland said the changes could affect the business’s revenue and local tax contributions; he said he would pursue legal remedies.
