South Africa’s parliament suspended debate on appointing a National Lotteries Commission chair after a dispute over speaking order, the report said. The Portfolio Committee recommended Tembinkosi Bonakele, Mpho Mosing and Lufuno Tokyo Nevondwe, but the parliamentary report must be approved before the Minister can appoint a successor to Barney Pityana.
