The Minas Gerais State Lottery (LEMG) issued Portaria 23 on 13 October 2026, setting anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing requirements for lottery operators under its oversight. Operators must maintain internal policies, monitor specified transaction patterns and report suspected cases confidentially to Coaf; they have 180 days from publication to comply, without suspending existing legal duties.
