- Kentucky governor vetoes sports betting and horse racing bill
Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear vetoed House Bill 904 after the state House and Senate approved it. The bill would have raised the minimum sports betting age from 18 to 21 and changed rules for sports betting, horse racing, daily fantasy sports and charitable gaming; Beshear said he objected to provisions allowing two state bodies to file regulations without his review and signature.
