Verpact plans a phased deposit-return lottery in the Netherlands after the ILT ordered it to encourage consumers financially to return more deposit packaging. Verpact aims to begin reward promotions at deposit machines before summer, followed later in the year by a partnership with an unnamed gambling provider; the lottery's format and prizes have not been disclosed.
