Florida mail carrier arrested over theft of winning Pick 4 ticket

A USPS mail carrier in Florida has been arrested on charges of stealing a winning Pick 4 lottery ticket, the Florida Lottery confirmed on 31 July. The carrier, Lekaysha Lockhart, is alleged to have unsealed the winner's letter and later cashed out the ticket, which the lottery says was worth $2,600.
