The Group of Copenhagen identified seven World Cup cases meeting its criteria for a slightly increased alert, including betting on Spain’s draw with Cape Verde and a Polymarket market concerning Folarin Balogun. FIFA said its Integrity Task Force found no suspicious betting activity or signs of match manipulation; the group requested a written explanation from FIFA about the Balogun case.
