The Enugu State Gaming and Lotto Commission said Bet9ja’s outlets remain shut following alleged breaches of state gaming law by its operating entity, KC Gaming Networks. The commission said operations may resume after compliance, including backend disclosure and outstanding documentation, or following the High Court’s determination of the substantive suit.
