Spain’s Health Ministry published evaluations of its 2017–2024 addictions strategy and 2021–2024 action plan on 20 October 2026. The strategy evaluation says 12.7% of 12- and 13-year-old students gambled for money in person in 2023, with lottery spending highest, followed by sports betting and quinielas. It reports no separate figures for those games.
