Colombia’s Constitutional Court annulled Decree 1474 of 2025, removing the additional 19% VAT on online betting, according to the court ruling reported on 16 April 2026. The court ruled unanimously that the economic emergency used to enact the decree did not meet constitutional requirements for unpredictability and urgency.
