- CENIT acquires 1, 05% of Azkoyen during Ohmnia bid
CENIT acquired 1, 05% of Grupo Azkoyen for 2, 5 million euros, according to a comunicado. The investment was reported to Spain's CNMV as Ohmnia Electronics' offer to acquire all of Azkoyen was under way; CENIT said it aims to participate in the resulting group's corporate and strategic decisions.
