- Valencian legal council backs draft decree on gambling-sector development
The Consell Jurídic Consultiu de la Comunitat Valenciana found the proposed decree on regional gambling-sector development consistent with the law, while recommending technical amendments. The proposal aims to balance protection of vulnerable groups, public access to gambling and business freedom, and now proceeds towards final approval.
