The Republic of Congo government has proposed a 10% levy on electronic-money bets in its draft 2027 Finance Bill, reportedly now before Parliament. The proposal would require electronic money for all betting transactions and connect operators to an ARPCE monitoring platform; the bill allocates 20% of levy proceeds each to ARJHA and ARPCE, with 10% for the Tourism Development Fund.
