The Virginia Lottery said sales reached $6.36bn in the fiscal year ended 30 June 2026. Online sales were nearly $4bn, while more than 5,300 retailers earned over $128m in commissions and bonuses. The lottery said it generated more than $914m for Virginia public schools.
The results show the scale of lottery revenue for Virginia schools and the contribution of online and retail sales.
