Uzbekistan’s NAPP reports no betting, lottery or online-gaming licences issued
Uzbekistan’s National Agency for Prospective Projects (NAPP) official Askarjon Zakirov said on 18 March that no licences had been issued for bookmaking, online risk games or lotteries. He said companies had consulted but none had submitted applications; the framework took effect on 1 January 2025, with NAPP responsible for licensing.
Operators considering entry have no licensed competitors yet, but must assess the framework’s application and compliance requirements.
