Underdog acquires Aristotle Exchange to launch its own prediction markets exchange
Underdog announced it had acquired Aristotle Exchange, comprising entities registered with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission as a designated contract market and derivatives clearing organisation. The company said the deal will let it offer its own exchange for sports event contracts and other events across the US.
The acquisition gives Underdog its own exchange for prediction markets, changing how it can offer these products to US customers.
