Deals & M&A

Truist Securities retained Buy ratings on DraftKings and Flutter, citing their capacity to manage US tax and prediction-market challenges. It projected the US interactive gaming market at $33.1bn in 2026 and kept DraftKings’ $45 price target, while lowering Flutter’s target to $260; Texas Capital Securities set a $294 target for Flutter.
