Licences & markets

Truckee Gaming plans to reopen the former Poker Palace Casino in North Las Vegas as Club Fortune North in mid-April, its chief executive told Nevada regulators. The company bought the property in October 2025 and has renovated it; the reopening remains subject to the board’s approval of its nonrestricted gaming licence.

The proposed reopening would return a renovated casino to North Las Vegas, subject to licence approval.
