TRF-3 restores CDA Gaming’s operating licence pending final review in Brazil
Federal Appellate Judge Adriana Pileggi of Brazil’s TRF-3 granted CDA Gaming provisional relief on 3 November, allowing it to resume licensed operations while its case remains under review. The order suspends the effects of Provisional Measure No. 1,394/2026 for CDA Gaming alone and remains in force until a final ruling or another judicial decision.
The ruling allows CDA Gaming to resume operations while its challenge to the measure proceeds.
