Tennessee enacts law prohibiting online sweepstakes casinos

Regulation

Tennessee Governor Bill Lee signed Senate Bill 2136 into law, prohibiting online services that use dual currencies for casino-style games with cash-redeemable winnings. Operators offering covered dual-currency games must stop operating or promoting them in Tennessee under the new law.
