TaDa Gaming has set out its approach to the Italian online gaming market, where a new concession framework has been in force since November 2025, according to Ray Lee, the company's Director of Business Development. The provider said it holds more than 86 titles certified under Italian rules for 2026, covering slots, crash games and fish-shooting games.
Italy awarded 52 concessions to 46 operators in September 2025. The framework runs for nine years, carries a one-off cost of €7m per concession and requires each concession to use a single site with a national domain, according to the report.
TaDa Gaming entered the Italian market in 2024. Its commercial offer is built around five elements: certification, local relevance, differentiation, demonstrated performance and growth-oriented partnerships, the company said.
Lee said regulatory compliance is the starting point for any supplier seeking to operate in Italy but does not by itself guarantee commercial success. "La certificazione apre soltanto le trattative commerciali", he said, adding that the value of content emerges from its ability to engage players, sustain interest over time and generate information useful for developing new products.
The Italian catalogue includes Gold Mine Express, 40 Sparkling Crown, 3 Lightning Blitz and Gallina Fortunata, which was developed specifically for the Italian market, according to the report. The company also offers fish-shooting titles such as Ocean King Jackpot and Mega Fishing, which it presents as an alternative to traditional casino content.
According to data provided by TaDa Gaming, the fish-shooting games can generate increases of up to 50% in the duration of gaming sessions. The company describes itself as a leader in the fish-shooting segment and reports positive results in engagement, daily active users and retention.
Lee said a product's initial performance is not enough to determine its long-term success, and that operators need to assess activity after launch, how different user segments interact and whether results match their commercial objectives. Efficient integrations and timely support let operators add content while reducing operational difficulties, according to the report.
The Italian technical framework continues to change. In August 2026 the Agenzia delle Dogane e dei Monopoli (ADM) published version 3.1.0 of the PGDA communication protocol for remote skill games, fixed-odds games and non-tournament card games, and a further update followed in September, according to the report. TaDa Gaming said the ability to adapt promptly to such changes is an essential part of the supplier-concessionaire relationship, even where technical requirements remain distinct from the commercial criteria used to select content.
On partnerships, the company said it has relationships with several operators and platforms active in the Italian ecosystem, including AdmiralBet, Betsson/StarCasinò, Eurobet, Light & Wonder, Octavian Lab, Pixelo and ZonaGioco. These collaborations help broaden content distribution and improve understanding of individual partners' needs, according to the provider.
Lee said the Italian concession reform had not fundamentally changed what makes a casino game valid, but had altered the commercial context in which operators choose their partners. "La riforma delle concessioni italiane non ha cambiato radicalmente ciò che rende valido un gioco da casinò, ma ha modificato il contesto commerciale nel quale gli operatori scelgono i propri partner", he said.
During 2026 the provider also received industry nominations and awards linked to innovation, particularly for its fish-shooting games and its integrated approach to gamification, according to the report. TaDa Gaming is scheduled to attend SiGMA World at Fiera Roma from 3 to 5 November 2026 at stand H6-6036, where it will meet operators and partners to present its portfolio and discuss collaboration in the Italian market.
