Swedish Gambling Authority records two match-fixing reports in 2025

Regulation

Sweden’s Gambling Authority reported two suspected match-fixing cases from integrity organisations in 2025, down from five in 2024 and 12 in 2023. Licensed operators separately submitted four reports in 2025, one of which overlapped with an integrity organisation’s report. The authority said comparisons with earlier years are limited because operators’ reporting duty is new.

The figures give operators and regulators a qualified view of suspected match-fixing reports across Sweden’s betting market.
