Sun International challenges Tsogo Sun casino licence relocation in Western Cape

Sun International said it would seek a review of the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board’s decision allowing Tsogo Sun to relocate its Caledon casino licence to the Helderberg region. The planned Somerset West development is estimated to cost R1.29 billion; the review could delay the project, while Tsogo said it remains subject to regulatory and construction processes.
