Stefano Vaccari calls for Italian land-based gambling reform
Italian MP Stefano Vaccari called for land-based gambling reform, including a reduction in gambling availability and implementation of existing rules. He said a provision allowing local authorities, associations and third-sector groups access to data had not been substantially implemented, and criticised an 2025 directive by the Customs and Monopolies Agency.
The proposed changes concern land-based gambling supply and access to data for local bodies and civil society groups.
