Spectrum Gaming Group said José H. Rivera Madera has joined as senior advisor, supporting its work in Puerto Rico and Latin American jurisdictions. The company said his responsibilities will include business development, government relations, tourism strategy and gaming policy.
The appointment adds a policy and government-relations adviser to Spectrum’s work across Puerto Rico and Latin America.

A 2021 report that Evolution commissioned from Spectrum Gaming Group found access to its products through downstream operators in prohibited Asian markets and criticised its controls. Casino Employees Against Smoking Effects (CEASE) co-founder Pete Naccarelli urged New Jersey lawmakers to support smoke-free workplaces in Atlantic City casinos.
