SoftConstruct said its General Legal Counsel, Karine Hakobyan, has joined the International Masters of Gaming Law. The company said her membership will expand its participation in international discussions on gaming legislation and regulation.

Novig appointed Elie Mishory as chief regulatory and legal affairs officer in the United States, the company said. Mishory previously held regulatory and legal roles at Kalshi and the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission. Novig said the appointment follows its designation by the CFTC as a Designated Contract Market.
