Soft2Bet touts unified platform for operators entering regulated markets

Deals & M&A · SectorWire deskSource published 3 min read

Soft2Bet has developed an integrated B2B platform that combines online casino, sports betting, player account management, payments, identity checks and responsible-gambling tools, the company said in an article published on 23 October 2026 and. The provider said the system, which it calls the Unified Product Ecosystem, reduces the need to connect systems supplied by different companies. Soft2Bet said it holds 23 licences within its operations.

According to the company, the infrastructure integrates a player account management (PAM) system, a content management system (CMS), CRM tools, payment services and regulatory compliance controls. Each player has a single profile containing account status, activity and transactions, which the company said allows different departments to use consistent data. Operators can run several brands on the shared infrastructure, customising game catalogues, payment methods, communications and interfaces for individual markets. Before publication, the CMS checks that changes to content, promotions and payment options comply with restrictions in each country and flags issues to operators.

On financial security, the platform links deposit and withdrawal operations with customer identification and risk-assessment information, applying additional checks when suspicious activity is detected. Soft2Bet works with SEON, a company specialising in fraud prevention, to identify anomalous behaviour during registration, account access and deposits. According to a case study published by SEON, the integration reduced manual verification requests by 40% and sped up operator reviews by 20%.

Soft2Bet manages its own PAM, sportsbook, CMS and gamification systems in-house, the company said. It also said its cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS) has service availability of 99.98%, supports more than 12,500 games and handles more than one million live events a year. According to an AWS case study, moving core infrastructure and analytics systems to the cloud cut computational costs by 55% and new-partner onboarding times by 70%. Feasibility tests can be completed in a day or, in some cases, a few hours rather than weeks, the company said.

Responsible-gambling tools are built into the platform's operating and commercial systems, the company said, so that restrictions applied to a player, such as self-exclusion or deposit limits, are reflected across services. A user who requests self-exclusion is also excluded from promotional communications, the company said. The platform links KYC checks, anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures, fraud prevention, safer-gambling tools and CRM systems so operators can apply local rules. Soft2Bet said assessment of individual cases and updating of settings remain the responsibility of operators.

Soft2Bet also offers MEGA, its gamification engine, as a standalone solution through APIs, allowing operators to add missions, objectives, progression paths and prize wheels without replacing their existing casino or sportsbook platform. Features can be customised by audience segment, participation conditions and market requirements, and analytics tools allow operators to monitor user engagement. Examples given include MEGA Round, used by Romanian brand Zinx with a random-prize wheel through spins earned after eligible deposits, and MEGA Islands on Swedish platform Lodur, which adds social-gaming mechanics through building and developing virtual settlements.

The company cited its brands in European markets as examples of the shared infrastructure. In Sweden, Lodur uses an identity inspired by Norse mythology and Viking culture, with sports content, local payment systems and gamification. In Denmark, Betoro offers online casino and sports betting focused on events followed by the local audience, Danish-language support and campaigns tied to national holidays and traditions. In Romania, Zinx combines casino and sports betting through a customised interface, operating in the same market as TopBet and Swiper, which are also supported by Soft2Bet's shared infrastructure.

Soft2Bet said the approach can reduce launch times, contain integration costs and simplify management of regulated activities while allowing customisation. The company said a shared platform does not remove regulatory compliance obligations or the need for checks before entering new markets, but allows operators to reuse core technology components and devote more resources to product development and adaptation to local player preferences.
