Rio de Janeiro governor appoints Fabiola Rocha as Loterj president
Rio de Janeiro governor Cláudio Castro appointed Fabiola Esteves Rocha president of the state lottery authority, Loterj, after Hazenclever Lopes Cançado left the post at his own request. The appointments were published in an extra edition of the state’s official gazette on 20 March; Rocha had been Loterj’s vice-president.
