The studio said Finley's Fortune is its first iLottery game for US players. EQL Games said Random State is the tenth studio it has introduced into the United States.

Random State co-founder and chief operating officer Adam Fonsica said: "Bringing Finley's Fortune to players in Virginia is a milestone we've worked towards for a long time." He said the launch was a team effort with EQL Games and the Virginia Lottery, and that the studio intends to add more games for the US market.

EQL Games founder and CEO Brad Cummings said the aggregator helped Random State bring its first game to US players and credited the Virginia Lottery with being willing to try new products.

Virginia Lottery strategic games manager Corey Klingel said the lottery welcomes Random State to the Virginia iLottery program and described Finley's Fortune as a game it believes players will enjoy.
