Queensland regulator sets CCTV requirements for licensed venues

Queensland’s Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation set out CCTV requirements for licensed venues. Brisbane City Council-area venues authorised to trade beyond 1am must operate CCTV, while other Queensland venues must do so if their licence requires it; recordings without a reportable incident must generally be kept for at least 28 days.
Licensed venues can use the guidance to check CCTV, access, storage and retention obligations.
