Prime Skill Games challenges AGCO machine removals in Ontario court

Enforcement & compliance

Prime Skill Games has launched court action in Ontario challenging the AGCO’s removal of its machines, the company’s chief executive said. Matt Zamrozniak said the company is seeking a stay of enforcement while the court considers the case; the AGCO says its testing found the machines relied on chance and were not permitted outside regulated settings.

The case could affect whether Prime Skill’s machines can operate in Ontario venues outside regulated gambling settings.
