Polymarket and Parcl have launched housing-price prediction markets, with initial contracts focused on major US markets. The companies said contracts settle against Parcl’s published price indexes; six Parcl-powered contracts were listed, covering the US median home price and five metro areas.
The partnership adds housing-linked contracts to Polymarket’s event-market offering.

Kalshi and AppliedXL launched a pilot of prediction markets linked to clinical-trial outcomes and FDA decisions, the companies said. AppliedXL provides the resolution infrastructure, with contracts tied to specified public documents; the pilot covers late-stage trials, according to the report.
Prospect Markets signed a letter of intent with Foris DAX FCM LLC, operating as OG Broker, for a proposed US sports-focused prediction market. The arrangement would involve North American Derivatives Exchange and a clearing relationship through OG Broker; definitive agreements and any required regulatory approvals remain outstanding. The parties are targeting a launch in Q3 2026, Prospect Markets said.
Tradeweb launched a dedicated page featuring Kalshi data and pricing for its US institutional clients, according to the companies’ announcement. The page will add Kalshi’s American Power Index in July; the companies are also exploring further platform capabilities, including an institutional event-contracts platform.
High Roller Technologies chief executive Seth Young said ROLR would launch in 2026. The company has secured regulatory approvals and nearly finished technology development for its US prediction market rollout. High Roller chose an introducing broker model to accelerate market entry.
High Roller Technologies appointed Thomas Scaria to the newly created chief product officer role ahead of its ROLR prediction markets launch. The company said Scaria will lead its move into the sector in partnership with Crypto.com. High Roller also agreed an exclusive platform licence and development services deal with DeepEther Labs’ mrkts.com platform for the ROLR application.
