Peter & Sons has expanded its partnership with NetBet, making its slots portfolio available to the operator in the UK, Greece, Ireland and Finland. Separately, ENJOY signed a commercial agreement with Stanleybet.it in Italy, while Hub88 added six Playzaar games to its platform, according to the companies.
The agreements extend supplier content distribution across named operators and markets.

JHSF Península, which completed its purchase of Enjoy Punta del Este in August, announced renovations across the property through 2027, including the casino, which will remain open. Company executives estimated investment above USD 130m across the first two phases and said the casino refurbishment would proceed by area while maintaining operations.
Enjoy reported lower revenue and an operating loss for the first half of 2026, attributing competitive pressure to unregulated online betting platforms and illegal physical casinos in Chile. Gaming revenue was CLP 19,260 million, while EBITDA reached CLP 4,702 million, up from CLP 4,573 million a year earlier; the company said cost controls helped support EBITDA.
Enjoy’s creditors sold Gran Hotel Pucón to Inversiones Gran Pucón SpA for 372,342 UF, equivalent to CLP 15.216 billion or USD 16.36 million, as part of Enjoy’s financial reorganisation. The buyer was identified in media reports as linked to former Enjoy executives and to Casino Volcán Pucón, the sole bidder for the casino operating permit in the commune.
Inversiones Gran Pucón acquired Gran Hotel Pucón in Chile on 26 August 2026 for CLP15,216m. The buyer purchased the property-owning company from Enjoy and related entities, with post-closing price adjustments, according to Enjoy’s regulatory disclosure. The buyer is linked to Casino Volcán Pucón, the sole applicant for the city’s casino permit; the hotel transaction excludes the casino.
Reportedly, Peter & Sons has agreed to supply games to Novibet in selected markets. The agreement extends the studio’s international distribution and adds its titles to Novibet’s casino offering.
