Pennsylvania lawmakers propose controls on skill-game devices
Pennsylvania lawmakers introduced House Bill 2557, which would set conditions for operating covered gaming devices if the state later authorises them, according to the report. The proposal includes a daily loss limit of $250, venue restrictions and a requirement to direct at least 3% of future tax revenue to treatment and prevention programmes.
If Pennsylvania authorises covered devices, the proposal would impose loss limits, venue restrictions and treatment funding conditions.
