Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board excludes four adults from casinos
The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board placed four adults on its Involuntary Casino Exclusion list after they left minors unattended at casino properties while gambling, the board said. The cases involved children aged 5 to 12, left in vehicles for periods ranging from 17 minutes to one hour and seven minutes. The board also fined BetMGM $100,000 for failing to prevent fraudulent behaviour.
The exclusions and BetMGM fine signal enforcement risks for casino operators in Pennsylvania.
