Pennsylvania board approves Parx Shippensburg table games, pending final approval
Parx Casino Shippensburg plans to add 12 traditional tables with 72 seats, subject to final approval, after the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board approved its request in November. Test sessions are scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday, with a soft opening planned for Friday and a grand opening weekend beginning 6 February. Revenue from the testing sessions will go to Branch Creek Place.
The planned expansion would add live-dealer table games to a Pennsylvania casino that has so far operated electronic table games.
