The Quapaw Nation’s Downstream Development Authority confirmed Rod Centers as chief executive of Saracen Casino Resort, according to the authority. The appointment followed the termination of general manager Matt Harkness and chief marketing officer Carlton Saffa; the authority said they had founded a separate gaming company, which it considered inconsistent with their Saracen duties.
DR Gaming Technology appointed Koen De Wispelaere as chief executive, the company said. De Wispelaere previously served as group chief financial officer and executive board member. Co-founder Jurgen De Munck will remain group executive chairman, while outgoing CEO Marco Herrera is leaving the role after two years.
