PAGCOR delays minimum guaranteed fees for gaming administrators to June

Regulation

PAGCOR has postponed the start of its minimum guaranteed fee regime for gaming system administrators in the Philippines from 1 April to 1 June 2026, citing the current economic crisis. The first tranche will run through 31 December 2026; a second phase will begin on 1 January 2027, with monthly minimums and revenue thresholds varying by operator type.

The revised dates give gaming system administrators more time before the new minimum payment requirements take effect.
