PAGCOR awaits review of proposal to separate regulatory and commercial functions
PAGCOR said the Governance Commission for Government-Owned or -Controlled Corporations is reviewing its proposal to separate the organisation’s regulatory and commercial functions. Chair and chief executive Alejandro Tengco said the commission would refer the proposal to the Office of the President after its review; an executive order would be needed to implement it.
