PAGCOR accredits GLI as its first iGaming testing lab in the Philippines

PAGCOR accredited Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) as its first independent testing laboratory for iGaming in the Philippines, the company announcement said. The accreditation allows GLI to test and certify online gaming platforms under the regulator’s process, which requires iGaming B2B providers to obtain accreditation.

GLI’s accreditation offers iGaming suppliers a testing route required to supply licensed operators in the Philippines.

PlayCity appoints GLI to certify and inspect gaming products in Ukraine

Ukraine’s PlayCity appointed Gaming Laboratories International as a testing, certification and inspection body for gaming hardware and software, the company said. GLI is currently the only foreign entity accredited for the work; suppliers will need PlayCity approval certificates before requesting market certification. Separately, Ukraine’s Ministry of Digital Affairs proposed bills covering digital oversight, player protections and gambling taxation.
